Whitaker and Sons Moving Solutions has not contacted me to confirm and set a time. Furthermore, the number for the company does not accept incoming phone calls. There is no way to contact them. Additionally, there is no way to talk to anyone at Moving Helper, either! I will call a local company directly. This is not good customer service in any sense! It's bad customer service in EVERY sense!!

Move scheduled for 5pm, wasn't contacted until 530pm to let me know they were on the way. Movers showed up at 620pm. Movers had to come back next day, I paid extra. Movers didn't show until day after

These guys were great! Whitaker & Sons completed the move very quickly, professionally, and were even able to disassemble and assemble furniture as well. It made the entire move surprisingly easy.

We spoke with the Moving Helper once. They were supposed to call us back to confirm. We tried to reach the Moving Helper 4 times after that and left 2 messages and they never called back. And now we are left without help unloading our truck and no time to hire someones else.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it necessary to describe my experience with Whitaker and Sons as what happened today was simply unacceptable. I had booked two hours of loading help the prior week, and although it took a few days, I finally did reach Wiley by phone to discuss the pieces that needed to be moved and the time. We agreed on a 7:30am start over email, and I send him the specification of a heavy electric piano that needed to be moved. He was pleasant and polite over the phone. I followed up with a few emails to reconfirm the time and address but did not hear back. This morning, he had not shown up by 8am so I called him several times. He responded with a text: "we can make later this morning, please update order or cannot make it." I called back several times but he would not pick up the phone - he only responded with scattered text messages about how he could get there 'later". I unfortunately had to be out of my apartment by 10am, and suddenly rea
