Excellent service and communication! We were running late for our arrival (moved from another state) due to inclement weather and driving conditions. These folks waited at our house until we arrived, quickly unloaded our truck, then offered to come back and assist if we needed them to! Very friendly through our delay. Reached out online through UHaul. Called right after as needed last minute unloaders as my husband and I were exhausted. Company picked up phone immediately and were already addressing my request. In 1 hour from request, 2 gentlemen unloaded a 22 ft truck in 2 hours. Worth every penny.

The two men that helped showed up without a mask on. I get it, you’ll be moving heavy boxes. But you don’t walk into someones home during a pandemic without a mask on - there are people here who are high-risk. One of them also left their used mask in the Uhaul which we found lodged between furniture

A worker called and said 8 min away but did not show up at scheduled time. 2 helpers were scheduled. We received another call at that advised us they would not arrive until 11:40. We cancelled with the moving company. A single person arrived after noon and we advised we had cancelled the request. No help was needed by this point.

Ace movers refused to come out to do the job when I asked if they were licensed and insured and asked for a business address when I found they had no website or I internet presence. I already had another moving help come out a day prior who sent 2 instead four strong men I was charged for, dropped an antique desk down the stairs and moved piano outside then abandoned job so it got rained on 3 days. And came to my house, knocked on the door, at night asking for money!!! It’s a $20,000 piano and the only info I have is the guys name is Dante. You can’t sue ‘Dante’ for damages. Moving Help should not allow these crooks to do this to customers. Please refund for the second charge for the Anonymous Movers that Moving Help sends out. NO THANK YOU AND SHAME ON YOU. This is a scam.

Your "helpers" showed up 40 minutes late. They looked like they had been up all night doing who knows what. Before we ever started, I asked them to hold a moving blanket on a dresser so I could shrink wrap the piece. They informed me that that wasn't their job. I needed helpers, not smart asses, so I sent them away. They were on my property for no more than 5 minutes, did no work and I did not give them the code. They also didn't were masks as mandated by the state.

Movers were awesome! Called when they were on their way and arrived about 20 mins early. I had a 15” inch Uhaul and they unloaded it in an hour. Set up my bed for me as well and placed things where i needed them! Being a woman and doing a big move by myself was definitely a success with their help!
