I called the day before to confirm and was assured they were coming on 9/9 at 10:30 a.m. Then on 9/10 I received an text telling me the movers had been booked at another location, but they were trying to get replacements. Then I received another text saying the replacements had car trouble. So we were left hanging with no movers and needed to be out of the house.

We knew we didn't need 2 men for 2 hours but it was the minimum service offered. We had time to unload about 1/3 of our load before the 2 men showed up, 45 minutes late. They were capable with what they did; about 40 minutes worth. I would probably not use this company again.
