The morning of the move the person called and said he had no one to do the job. He called and confirmed the night before that he would be there. The morning prior to arrival they informed me they couldn't make it and I would need to schedule someone else. Extremely poor customer service. Now a family of 5 with all children under 6 and a U-Haul full of furniture will be trying to reschedule someone else! What is wrong with this picture.

I took a chance with company close to my move that had NO previous ratings. I am VERY pleased & will definitely recommend! Storage unit/to truck/drove/ condo 2 floor/ no elevator. FULL SERVICE COMPANY

EXCELLENT!! Conscientious handling furniture&placement.Hard working/wastes no time. Had to climb steps to 2nd fl/ no elevator condo. Lifted heavy pieces w ease. Wants to do good work for customer.
