• The guys were such a help, especially with ice on the ground and having to go in and out so many times. They were fast, friendly and careful and a true god send after a long move from California in rough weather and traveling conditions. It was also nice that they didnt gouge you on pricing. I will definitely use them again.

• Really nice guys, but unfortunately not the most efficient packing of our U-Haul truck. When we arrived at our destination a few days later and unpacked, we found various issues including heavy boxes on top of furniture legs (even though we offered to remove the legs), some scratches on furniture pieces (that we thoroughly wrapped in movers wrap earlier) even though there was a whole bag of furniture pads leftover that could have been used, and our upright wardrobe box with suits and dresses was packed sideways. Some items at the back had shifted quite a bit even though we provided 150 feet of tie-down rope that wasn’t used. We went a half hour over the original time which was totally fine, but then we went 10 minutes into the next half hour despite us saying we could finish up ourselves, and as a result we were charged for another half hour. We were happy to have the help and the guys were super friendly, but we’d probably recommend someone else in the future.

• Matt and his assistant did an outstanding job loading my truck! They were able to fit everything. Nothing moved or was damaged during the 2+ hour drive to Chicago. They were on time, professional, and courteous. I'd use them again and highly recommend others do as well.

• Matt's Movers were great from start to finish. Matt called with some helpful tips when I first booked the move, and then day-of both guys were super efficient and got my stuff unloaded in an hour (which was amazingly fast!). All of my stuff was handled carefully and nothing was damaged. They also handled a last-minute date adjustment, which was really helpful. If I need movers again, I will be back!

• Mike and Isaac showed up early and were ready to start immediately. They were friendly and we chatted about Madison for a few minutes while waiting for the rest of our group. They unloaded our moving truck efficiently, bringing up the heavy and bulky items carefully through the stairwell and around the corners. They showed great attention to detail, asking where we wanted items placed. They handled the fragile items with care and came up with a workable plan for our couch that wouldn't fit through the stairwell. It was a great experience and we would recommend Matt's Movers to anyone.

• Our 3 movers were great - fast, efficient, and friendly. They got all of our stuff unloaded from the 3 U-boxes quickly, and everything ended up where it needed to be. In addition, they were careful to grab all the U-Haul moving blankets to be returned with the U-boxes, so we wouldn't be charged extra for those. Finally, before and during our move, I had to speak with Matt several times on the phone due to the fact that U-Haul's arrival date changed (the boxes arrived early but U-Haul didn't inform me of that until the last minute), and there were other variables (e.g. weather) which had the chance to delay our move. Every time we spoke, he was friendly and accommodating. An excellent moving experience overall!

• Isaac and John were absolutely fantastic at helping us load a 2 bedroom apartment into a 15' U Haul truck in advance of a cross country move. They went above and beyond what we expected from a moving company. They spent time taking apart furniture as needed, helping to better protect delicate pieces such as a plant in a large ceramic pot (which arrived without a scratch), and also assisted in bagging up mattresses. We did not expect all of our things to fit into the truck, and because of their skills, we didn't have to leave anything behind. They were both very friendly and professional, and moved with purpose and efficiency. I could not recommend Matt's Movers enough.

  spoke with customer, we had strongly suggested he buy rope to tie the load, but he chose to ignore our advice. His items shifted on the way out to Colorado.   My helps car broke down, but i arrived on time and loaded for the 1st half hour, then when he arrived we loaded another 2 hours. I have him extra time of me loading to make up for the error.
