• Great at what they do! Fully packed U-box unloaded within 25 minutes. Andreas and his moving partner were very professional during written communication and in-person interaction. They're on time, work quickly, competitively priced, and are careful with fragile things. What more can you ask for! One thing I would mention is any potential steps or places where they can be injured moving your stuff. In order to get you quick service, they really do hustle so mention any small ledges or anything they should be careful near before starting. Overall, couldn't be happier.

• The movers that showed up were deaf so communication was a bit tricky but the guys were awesome and efficient. I was not contacted by the moving company in the 24hrs that the uhaul site mentioned but I also booked my move over a month in advance so when the day got closer I reached out and they responded via email right away.

• The first hour the men were very quick then they got tired and it took longer than expected, they agreed to stay later so I had to pay them for additional 3 hours, 6 hours total to move from a pretty packed one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment 0.5 miles away. The men were nice and professional, two were deaf and one was speaking so he communicated with them in sign and translated for us.

• Apparently there was communication between the storage unit company at the gate and our movers? However, we did not see our movers at all, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, we didn’t hear from our movers until most of our limited time slot had passed. Direct communication with us (instead of communication with the storage unit company employees) and an on time arrival would have solved this issue. Because of the lack of help, we were not able to reach the dump in time and have to pay for numerous days of a uhaul truck (in addition to taking a day off from work) in order to go to the dump on Tuesday when they open next, so we are very disappointed.

• This experience has been horrible. I have had to chase down both movers for the loading in Austin, TX and on the OKC end to unload. This mover is hearing impaired, cannot receive phone calls for confirmation and did not answer emails for 2 days to confirm. Now he states that he will let me know today at 3pm if he can do my move. The OKC mover for Monday 11/6 at 2pm was reached to confirm, but he did not have a voicemail box set up and after 3 calls and not being able to leave a message, he finally answered late last night. Your system with Moving Help is also not helpful in resolving any issues through live chat ot emails. Not able to reach anyone in your AZ office at your 866# either. I have enough stress with this move already! Please cancel this part of my move and allow me to get another Austin area mover who can confirm a 10am 2 man/2 hour loading on this Saturday 11/4/17

• This move was a disaster. I was sentt 2 deaf guys and1 other guy. Why was there 3 guys when I order only 2 guys and they showed up near 30 minutes late.. The deaf guy named Wayne kept sign languaging the other deaf guy wasting more moving time. They were sorry movers. The deaf guy named Wayne insist on having his way moving what he wanted. I hired them. He said if I dont agree for him to move my boxes me and my family had packed long before he arrived and he exploded after I said NO we would our own boxes and got mad and left without a payment code. • We had scheduled 10:00 am moving time on Sat Jan 17th and these helpers said they would arrive 15 minutes (9:45 am) earlier anyway in case there are any issues and gave them all the information the day before so they had the location and where they had to be. At 10:00 am the helpers were not there so called the company and afterwords received a text message that the helpers were 15 minutes behind schedule which would mean arrival time of 10:15 am. But 10:15 am and still not at location. Then after 10:30 am, receive a text messages that they can't find the place and shortly after followed with a voice message saying that they found a map, on their way and would be there soon. We had already waited 40 minutes and couldn't wait any longer for them, so left without them. It was very disappointing that the helpers waited until after 10:30 am to check the address to make sure they knew were they were going. Everyone else showed up on time.
