• Our movers, a man and a woman team, were very professional and courteous yet congenital and friendly. I knew their names when they were here but have forgotten them now. They worked efficiently and quickly. They didn’t waste any time but were still careful with our things. My husband and I were very pleased and impressed with these two movers. • Miranda, actually the entire team, was amazing. They showed up on time and prepared. They jumped right in after a brief walk through of our home and explanation of the items to be packed. • Hands down the BEST moving service that I’ve experienced. For context I’ve moved 10 times in my adult life. I have to admit that I was initially concerned when I only saw a team of 2 to load my 4 bedroom home that had a very large basement. But I think that error was on my end (somehow I selected 2 and not 3). Either way, these two were enough. Mo was extremely strategic in packing the Uhaul truck and they were extremely careful with my belongings (treating them as if it were their own). The two worked hard and barely took breaks (not sure if this is a good or bad thing, given how hot it was - I did provide popsicles and water). The Uhaul was packed so well that the Unloaders at the next location briefly admired the work and asked about the packers. I would recommend this company a million times over!

• Scheduled at 9am. Mover texted me at 8:30 saying they had a call in and they would be here around 9:30am. They texted and said they were in there way around 9:45-10am and it was a 45 minute drive. • Communication via text, and was very responsive. These two were outstanding! Very polite, professional and great about verifying where things needed to go. There was supposed to be 3 movers for 2 hours but 1 of the movers never showed. But I was reassured that they would stay to make up the time to get me moved in if needed.   We are very sorry you feel this way, after a long day we were a bit winded. But please don't forget the walk from your truck to your building was quite far, along with it being a saturday night, we came later (8pm) as asked, the elevator wasn't reserved for us, so there were a lot of groups partying entering and existing which definetly added more time. Hadn't we told them please use the stairs it definitely would have been 3-4 hrs.

• I spoke with them thursday evening, explained we were moving onto FORT LEAVENWORTH and they would need ids in order to get on post. They showed up to my old house explaining they didn't have id and wouldn't be able to get on post. I said that is what I need you for and they left. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. They were rude. They showed up half an hour befor the agreed upon time I was not even there I was still getting the uhaul. When I got to the home they told me about the ids and proceeded to call me a liar stating I never told them they needed ID. I explicitly told them they could not get on post without it. To call me a liar was rude and uncalled for.
