• Mannyhelper did not show up for the job. I called them and they stated they had a scheduling error. We did not use any service from MovingHelp or its providers. MovingHelp needs to provide a refund on my credit card for $265.95.

• A moving helper is useless unless they show up for the job. Mannyhelper sent me a an e-mail confirming that they would be there. I realize and appreciate that scheduling a same-day job is difficult, however when confirmed by e-mail (not an automatic e-mail), then no one shows up, then I contact Manny at the time that they are supposed to be meeting me only to be told that he was just informed of the job and he could be there in 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. This person in my view does not "have his act together" enough to handle scheduling properly. Recommend not using this person/company.
