• Jonathan Waddell's Team of 4 individuals was amazing to work with throughout the process. They were accepting of ideas and concerns regarding the furniture being moved but also came with creative ideas to get the pack completed efficiently and on time. I would easily recommend booking this Team any time in the future, because they care as to how your items will be packed and open to listening to the customer throughout the process. • Excellent Service! Jonathan and his team member did a great job helping us prep for a renovation, they moved things to our storage pod, cellar, attic, living room, and kitchen. They were efficient and careful with the items. They stayed longer to get the job done. We were very pleased with their service! I highly recommend! • I hired this company to help my daughter with her move to Worcester. We were new to town and Jonathan was extremely accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Due to the holiday, we got stuck in traffic, but we kept in constant communication with Jonathan. He even sent us an additional helper to speed up the move. They took it in stride when there was a big hill and tall stairs they had to climb. They were an absolute dream with my children. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They more than earned it. I made the request, put my credit card in and the company called to tell us that they could not actually accommodate our request. We tried to find a better day but then they never responded to my texts after the initial phone call so I hired another company a week later. So in short I do not have an order number.
