• They also wouldn’t pick up and your AWFUL live chat doesn’t work. I had to threaten the mover via text with calling your company just to get a response. JUDY COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND WE WENT ON AND ON FOR A WHOLE HOUR...finally we found out that you decided to do an update to the system and told me to call back! I was given to a supervisor when requested OR the supervisors supervisor when requested! I would have been punished with a $9.95 for Judy rebooking me with a new mover AND it became more expensive. Then I also find out that I can’t use the money that your company has already instantly taken out of my account for the new mover and would have to pay for the new ones in full as well as the $9.95 for the booking fee!! How does this work?!!
