I spoke with the representative for this company. He told me he had all of his crews out for the day. He also told me that he was disabled however he could probably come help me load everything since I only had a few items. He the. I received a phone call from a True Blu employee around 8 am on the morning of my schedule move date, Feb, 27. He stated that they were running a little behind and they would arrive to my location around 1030 am. At 1030 am, no show. I called him back to inquire of his intentions. To make a long story short, I spoke to him several times and I received several different reasons why he did not show up. This company appears to have very bad business ethics. I will never employ any U haul movers after being shafted by this company. I trust the U haul name and reputation no more. ( They were suppose to arrive at 0900. )

I would not recommend these movers to anyone. They did not pack the truck properly and as a result I had several pieces of furniture damaged. They offered to refund $55. Month later, still no refund!

Wish your min wasn't two hours didn't have that much for them to move. Being we are paying a $35 fee for their travel it should be able to customize to 1 hr increments.
