I scheduled my move on a weekday morning for better availability. Communication with the owner and his assistant, especially the confirmation on the day before the move, was very professional. Josiah and Adonis showed up on time on moving day and got the job done in 3 hours (local 1BD move out + move in) with 1 flight of stairs at each location. I was impressed with their packing skills. TL;DR I absolutely recommend OTM! I've used OTM twice; this time was to move items from my apartment into a UBox. The movers were 45 minutes late and also worked an additional 45 minutes over the prepaid 2 hours. After reaching out to customer service about the team's tardiness, the owner waived the 45 minute fee. Otherwise, all teams were quick, careful, and reasonably communicative.

Moving helpers required us to pay for more hours and help that we did not need, very unhappy that the website lets you purchase piano moving without any mention of being required to purchase more help when you go to schedule. All we needed was help moving a piano and they were unable to do that without trying to charge us more money. It’s unfortunate and you should remove the piano feature from your website if you are unable to just purchase that alone. I just want my money back as we have to pay someone else to help us move the piano. Very disappointed!
