• The two men were very polite and helpful. It seemed, however, that they lacked moving experience. The truck was not packed as efficiently or as well as it could have been. It took an hour more than planned, which was fine. There was some confusion over paying for the additional hour which was not recorded on the app.

• Went well beyond the call of duty, very friendly and professional, timely in all communications and very flexible in scheduling. Not only helped me move into my apt, but went with me in the U-Haul to my storage room to unload the rest of my belongings, get gas, and return the U-Haul. Well worth it and highly recommended!

• Had a great experience with Philip and his crew. They came to help us unload my 20 foot truck. Got it all done in a little over an hour including a complicated IKEA bed assembly. • One of our tvs were ruined during the move and we had to throw it away and also the paint of our head board was scratched off.

  Apologize for any damages made. We did inform not to put any TVs in truck without any protection and or being specialy boxed. Customers insisted and I have warned them that it may get damaged they ignored request and said to load it. We don't suggest loading it in without it being protected. No blankets where given to protect furniture. We did try our best with what wat given. Suggested on call to supply wrap and blankets all was ignored.

  First our job is not to bring u supplies we did help give u furniture wrap as a courtesy second it was a very hot day and most of the time customer was not letting us do job right, not giving us space to breath. We did the job took furniture apart and even he wanted more to fit in ubox and kept insisting to take things out after packed to fit other stuff. We took longer due to disorganization on his behalf. And was very rude person after we asked him to please give us space to do our job.
