  I am sorry you feel that way about our services. The customer requested our services on Saturday July 13, 2019, only to tell us she wanted us to unload her 26ft truck on Friday July 12, 2019. My helper and I decided we would make the sacrifice to unload the customer truck on Friday, after we completed our 10 hour shift (10pm to 8:30am) at our main job. If the Customer believe that we were “not quite as professional a service as others we have hired” or “They could use some training to better do their job” The customer could have cancel our services at any time. The customer could have hired professional trainers to show her how to load and unload her truck, or hired 2 Men and a truck to carry all her furniture upstairs. We just ask customers to be understanding of the hard work that goes into loading and unloading trucks.

• Excellent service, we'd definitely use them again! College Student Movers communicated with us on the day we booked, a couple days before the move, and again on the day of the move. They were on time, efficient, and careful with all our items. They were also very friendly and courteous.
