Just got done having my belongings moved by Henry and his worker (sorry I didn't catch his name, great guy though) and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was operating on a time sensitive move and needed my things loaded by a certain time. Henry did the upmost to make sure that happened. I was forced to pay, thru Pay Pal, $1,032, to Heavenly Movers after they loaded my 6 Uboxes. Isaih tripled the amount of my order, $344 already paid) to come up with that amount. The $344 also included delivery and return of the boxes, however, UHaul delivered them and picked them up.

Beware! This company left me high and dry. I had a bad feeling when he didn't contact me after I booked him. I finally got an email and I called the number provided and it was disconnected. I emailed him back he finally called me and when I tried to pin down a time he was evasive and so I told him I'd call him at 11am on Saturday to move in at 1pm. I called Saturday at 11 and no answer. I called 3 times and didnt hear back from him until 2pm. I had already had to hire other movers that I luckily found at the last minute. I want a refund of the total amount paid.

The schedule was for the morning, they changed it to 3pm, and then again they kept delaying it by falsely saying they were picking up the box and will be here in 20 minutes while they were still somewhere else. we didn't hear from them for more than an hour and finally when we called them they hadn't even pick up the box. Very dissatisfied. 2 hrs late, I explained I was injured, didn't listen, packed truck wrong, should've taken 1 hour took 4, only worried about paycode had to finish myself! Added miles & insult! grrr!
