• I scheduled the mover on Sunday. Tried calling twice on Monday and once on Tuesday and was not able to get in contact with anyone. I also sent an email on Tuesday and did not hear back. I was trying to confirm their avaliablity and set up a time/logistics. Going 48 hours without getting in contact is unnerving -- especially just a couple days before the move.

• NC Moving Labor confirmed for 9am, then called the day before and pushed back to 11. At 11 nobody arrived and our calls were repeatedly sent straight to voicemail. Movers arrived at noon, 1 hour late.
