• I called Hoss Movers 3 times on the day BEFORE he as to arrive, just to make sure that he was coming at 8:30 AM as he agreed to do. He failed to respond to any of those calls - not even a text - until 2:30 in the afternoon when I was picking up a truck from Shattuck Moving and Storage in Saginaw. By that time, I had spent over 2 hours on the internet trying to find a reliable alternative to Hoss Movers. Fortunately, I was eventually able to connect with Dream Team movers in Flint, MI, so I contracted with them and they did provide the service. By the way, my last phone call to Hoss Movers at 11:30 on January 10 was to tell him: "If you cannot provide this service, then have the courtesy to tell me you can't or won't come AND find me a mover in the Bay City area who will provide that service!". Again, No Response until 2:30 that afternoon and his lack of timely response cost me more than 2 hours of time when I should have been driving up to Saginaw to pick up a truck I had origina

• Joe and Trent did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time and worked non-stop. They loaded the truck without incident, being careful to not nick a wall. Unloaded partial truck at our storage unit then followed us to our son's home. There they finished unloading. Both were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. We will call them again for any local moving needs.

Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even though Uhaul totally screwed up my entire Ubox move as soon as I let them know my boxes had finally shown up (20 days late!!) they scheduled me for the next morning. • I would like a full refund and a credit for having to have my truck for another day as this moving company was extremely unprofessional. They called a half hour before the appointment time and asked us to move it back a half hour which we moved it back an hour and then he called and said in a text oh no my truck broke down. We offered to give him a ride he hung up on us. I hope you don’t recommend this company to anyone ever again we are sitting with the full truck in our driveway and no one to help us and are at the mercy of waiting for a phone call right now with no beds to sleep in tonight.

• The guys were fairly slow and my husband had to keep prodding them to get moving. They did a good job, but we hired them for 3 hours and they still didn’t finish a simple load. Everything was in the garage and living room, so I really think they had time.

• This was a very unprofessional mover. The mover said the time was fine and then 2 hours before he was to show up wanted to know if we could do it the following day. And then only 1 mover with his girlfriend was able to come. And there is no way to contact anyone and get a refund.

  You had the option to cancel and hire other movers but didn't. All the items you had were not very heavy. I've had other woman help out with moving and the customer was thrilled to see that. After job was complete you was all happy and thankful and even gave a TIP. Then next day wanna complain just don't make sense to me. Im sorry you had a mood swing or change of heart or whatever. Im just glad the job was complete their was no one hurt and at the time you was thankful. Hope things look up you sir.

  The customer was dramatic and up tight because the house was sold same day. We were rushed and that makes it difficult when loading. We have to be careful with things and for safety. We have to look around for different size pieces to fit everything properly. Takes time wrapping and piecing items on truck. This move was the most stressful out of any one I've ever done in the 5 years of service. Took extra hours because you had truck parked in road due to the driveway being on an up slant. So traveling with items of course is gonna take extra time. The customer was rude and inconsiderate but we stuck through it.

  We used every blanket, you didn't provide enough. Trailor was oversized and we can't control what happens when theirs a lot of extra space. We're sorry for any minor damage the drive may have caused.

• the movers were very fast and willing to work with us, however, they wrecked a very expensive entertainment center, did not use enough blanket type pads to cover it, laid it on its side and destroyed

  We always try to use as many pads as possible. You were traveling from MI to Wisconsin. We can't guarantee items won't be damaged during transport. We are extremely sorry that the stand was damaged.

• They did not load the truck properly at the start of the job and then had to reload. When I arrived with the truck and we started to unload at the storage location. Almost every peice was damaged

  We try to maximize space as much as possible,and sometimes that requires rearranging items in the truck to maximize said space. Told customer that everything might not fit,she told us to try our best.

• Joe and Nick worked diligently to move a large sofa and chair through a narrow door. They did not give up until they found the right angle. They also carefully wrapped everything in the truck.
