• They packed the truck so well, I don't think I could fit the Ace of Spades in there when they were done. It was that full. And well balanced and secure. No issues on the road and nothing was broken at all. I'm glad I chose these guys!

• Ed's helper had a terrible attitude. He backtalked to Ed and made me feel super uncomfortable. He babbled about people disrespecting him. He was insubordinate! We tipped Ed and he split it with his grumbling helper. Ed was a dream to work with. We'd call him back in a heartbeat!

• Worth every penney!! The day of my appointment it was 45 degrees and pouring rain, I was so afraid they would cancel but they assured me that the weather was no issue for them. They loaded up everything in 2 hours in the pouring cold rain from my third floor apartment, while also protecting my belongings from the weather. They were great at communicating and answered all my questions before the appointment. They are a little higher in price than other services, but they are totally worth it! The owner was so friendly and customer orientated also.

• The movers were flexible when we needed to modify our meet up location and time due to last minute changes when the initial U-haul storage facility did not honor our online reservations. Polite, punctual, efficient (both temporally and with usage of our limited storage facility space), professional and careful when handling our fragile items. Would hire them again if needed.

• This is the 3rd time I've used AllSouth. My first 2 experiences were wonderful - but only because the owner was present. He was not present this time and it was awful. I painstakingly spent weeks prepping my boxes and furniture, buying products to protect my NEW sofa, etc. They removed the sofa bag and used my sofa cushions to wedge between boxes and furniture. I rented 10 blankets - they did not use them to cover my appliances or furniture but again to wedge. My truck was unpacked 3 days later and that is when their method and the damage was visible.

• A really Big Thanks goes out to Mark and Michael of Allsouth Moving Help. They both were very courteous, respectful and took very good care of moving my furniture as if it was their own. I asked for special care and attention for a few household items during the wrapping and moving process and they both did just that. Respecting my wishes were at the top of their list of to-do's. When scheduling my move I was assured that they could be trusted and that I would be taken care and in good hands. They arrived on time and continued to communicate with me any concerns they had. They engaged me in conversation that made the move more easy to handle. I am hiring these two gentlemen again on my next move most definitely. Please give Allsouth a try.
