The crew was awesome, they 4 hours to complete the load and unload with both locations being on the 3rd floor and no elevator. they nailed ii, they were very pleasant to be around, and were very courteous, would recommend them to anyone.

The movers were great but we ran in to an issue with the elevator. Uncertain if they would be able to return after the elavator was fixed, they indicated it may be easier to pay them cash for the little amount of time they were there rather than try to caculate the time differences at MovingHelp.com. Tried giving helpful tips, sleeper sofa shrink wrapped FILLED with breakable misc. before our arrival/hard to manage down stairs truck simply too small couldn't fit all used my jeep (no complaints)

Dropped a box of my plates, antique pyrex, etc. Slow to return calls (I had to call back 2-3X). Despite this, the service was quick & friendly and I would recommend to others, with caution.

Some belongings weren't properly packed, bottoms of boxes not taped, but folded, some items fell through the bottom of a box when unloading U box , a little extra tape, and paper can go long way.

I'm not sure who estimated you for 4 hours, but thats not really in our hands. Job times can always be adjusted at the end of the move before a payment code is submitted.
