I requested help for the afternoon, I explained the time I would arrive in Jacksonville would be dependent on the movers in Orlando. I called and gave estimated arrival in Jax of 1:15pm. M.A.D. Movers, LLC refused to meet agreed time scheduled. They barely answer their phone when called and when they did answer the phone they always told me a later time of arrival. They are very unprofessional and do not have any pride in meeting expectations that they set. They gave me a 3 hours window and still could not provide me service. I had to take off work because their end of the commitment was not met which required me to do all the moving at short notice. I would not recommend this moving company to my worse enemy. Please review this company immediately to help other future customers from this headache.

When speaking with Ty on today, he informed me that I would have to hire three men to handle the desk we needed moved to another location instead of two men. He said I would have to hire the extra guy in order for them to do the job. This would cause for me to have to pay an extra $200. Since the desk is the reason we need moving helpers, I think we will do better looking for help elsewhere.

The agreement on the haul site said 2 movers for 4 hours. This company then said they would do only 3 movers for 3 hours and it would cost an extra 165.00 dollars. 2 guys loaded the truck in 4 hours from a basement and second story house. They were late due to their previous job running long. When they arrived they said they couldn't do the job because it would take more than 2 hours. I requested they at least give me the 2 hours I paid for and do whatever they could do in that 2 hours and he refused and said the weather didn't look good and he wouldn't want to start it unless he could finish it and it was going to start getting dark. This is ridiculous! Most movers work well into the night. I have moved 16 times and this is by far the worst experience I have every had related to a move. Absolutely frustrating. Now I have to pay for an additional day for the uhaul truck, and reschedule the other company I booked for the unload in Atlanta. SO FRUSTRATING! M.A.D. Movers LLC should be removed as an option so other people don't have to experience what I am going through!

They did a great job. The movers should be supplied by the company with things to protect the walls, stair handrails, etc. and/or supplies to take scuffs off after moving a large/heaby object.
