My U-boxes ended up being delayed by a day and I had to cancel the movers at 9:00PM the night before the job for a day and they rolled with it and were completely understanding. The two gentlemen they sent were very friendly courteous and extremely hard working. 5 stars

• To start, This entire site is terrible. No customer service number and no one answers the chat. I was assigned a mover that lives 3 hours away in an entirely different state. Apparently you guys do this to them often. The only reason i am going to schedule again is because i already paid and i am budgeting.

• They called me day before and told me they would come at 1:30 instead of noon. I said ok. Then at 2pm, I reached out. They finally called me and said it would be 4pm before they could show up. I had to return the rental. I finally ended up finding someone else who could arrive before they could. I can not recommend this company based on so many factors the greatest being inability to provide service when they said they could and secondly not being able to return my calls in a timely fashion or even let me know how drastically the schedule had changed.

• Showed up 15 mins early, and it was easy to extend an extra hour to get a couple heavy items loaded for a 2nd trip with the truck. Very careful getting things down the twisted stairs, no damage to fix before the closing sale.

• Overall the move was good. job was competed quickly. A couple items were damaged. One dresser was indicated as a risk, so no issue there, but a night stand and a shelving unit were damaged.

• Movers arrived on time but the previous owners of the home we were moving into had not completely vacated. I offered to pay more per hour if they could remain at the house and wait till we could move in. Movers were not able to fulfill the request and cancelled. Spoke to the supervisor and was told to request a refund. I offered to pay for the fuel for coming out and was told not to worry about it. Good business ethics and would rehire in the future.
