• I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I reserved a time, date and provided a payment in advance. They NEVER SHOWED UP, didn’t call, or text, or email me!!!!! Even after I reached out to them several times with no response. I will MAKE CERTAIN that I tell everyone whose willing to listen, to NEVER use this company services !!! POOR SERVICE.. I will be requesting a FULL refund and asking UHAUL to remove this company from its list of available moving company. This company brings down the UHAUL reputation and its customer’s service standards

• Unprofessional. Never called to explain why he didn't send the correct amount of movers. When I did finally get him on the phone he started off just telling lies. He later said he would not charge me for this move and I expect a full refund.

• Pros: they assisted with backing up Uhaul truck and were early. Cons: stacking was ineffective and one of the guys was not motivated to move. The poor stacking could have resulted in product being damaged. This ended up taking an extra hour of loading and 90% of stuff was in garage so not far to m
