• They were very professional. Worked fast and took good care of my items. They made sure that everything was in the right spot and when the springbox did not fit in the stairwell helped to disassemble a piece to make it fit and put it back in place again. Would call them again.

  Customer said she was very satisfied With the performance of my crew. And she changed the original time, to the time of heavy traffic, customer said no problem, then took it upon herself to unload a few items herself to upload a few items.. so this is very unfair review

• I got a call 40 minutes before they were due that his car broke down at 11 or 12 and he was going to be late as the guy was still working on it. That is NOT acceptable. He hung up on me multiple times as it appears good bye was not in his vocabulary and he seemed annoyed that he wanted to show up more than 45 minutes after the start time and I told him to forget it. I was on a tight schedule with picking up some furniture at a business and I can't expect people to wait on me. I hired helpers for a specific time for a reason. Extremely unprofessional and I will NEVER use you guys again. My time and money are valuable to me and these people don't value either.
