We did an excellent job loading your 1bd apartment from 3rd floor in 2h. The rope wasn’t required but it was in your best interest to use one. I don’t see the reason why you gave us only two stars.

X Movers

Sven and Ross were right on time and very efficient. My couch didn't fit in my Uhaul and they were awesome and came back a few hours later to load the couch once I had the chance to empty the truck.
