• We've used Franz Moving and More for three moves and couldn't be happier! Jim is very communicative and timely. He and his team always hustle and get the job done efficiently and professionally. In this most recent move, our items were packed in U-Boxes. Jim and Xavier unloaded the boxes and then prepared them properly for return to U-Haul - we didn't have to do a thing with them! • I rarely leave reviews but in this case I had to. In this day and age where hard work and pride in your work seems to be a rarity, this was the exception. Jim, Marcus, and Josh were simply amazing. Very friendly and personable. What I thought was going to take a full 26 feet of truck took about half of that. These guys know what they are doing. Thank you Jim and crew for your hard work! It was a pleasure and probably the best money I have spent in this move!

• This is by far the worst moving experience I've ever been a part of. Within moments of dealing with the 3 movers I called and asked for younger and stronger movers. Nothing was done to make it work.

  Sorry we did not meet your expectations, however, you added an additional truck and the crew had to carry it all down a retaining wall, which injured one. You were told that is the only crew we have.
