I called the guy to schedule that unloading help. And he informed me he will be unable to help. He thought he had already blocked his schedule for those days. So I'll be needing a refund and I also have to find other moving help so I'm going to go on here and adjust my moving help online. Through your site. While I wait for my refund for this one.

Called the # to confirm and discuss times and location at 9:25am CST--was told I'd receive a call back "around lunch". At 9:34am CST I received a text saying they would not be able to do the job, and to call UHaul to cancel.

They said they would only load my vehicle but not unloaded and it would only take less than 30 minutes to load and they wanted me to eat to use them for 2 hours and pay $190 for 30 minutes if they're only going to load the vehicle but not download

So many things broken... table-top piece of glass. One year-old refrigerator dented and scraped to look worse than a dent and scratch. Good bye, $1,500, hello $300 resale. Boxes labeled fragile on the bottom of piles of heavier items. Just amazingly poor job.

They broke a lot of stuff. One of my school books was found in the woods next to our house. How that happened, I have no idea. This guy brought teenagers to move all our stuff and he was an hour and a half late. Screwed up the whole day. Needless to say, they are going to reimburse us for the stuff

We booked on very short notice, but Quick move accommodated us around another move they had already scheduled. The guys showed up a little late but were very quick unloading our moving van and carried everything upstairs. Definitely recommend.

My bank account was charged after the mover told me he could not help with my move on Sunday. I spoke with customer service yesterday and talked with the Uhaul representative in the store and was told they could not help with cancelation. I also called Quick Move when I saw the debit from my account, who said he had not received funds. I never entered that payment code so how did I get charged? I want my funds returned today.
