My reservation company had to cancel as they didn't have any available workers. I called u-haul to see if there was anything I could do to get some moving help. We were standing at the door of our new place. Enter Florida and WeMovin. They showed up immediately and unloaded for us. Fantastic service and experience.

Didn’t get the full compliment of EXPERIENCED help I requested, resulting in a slower than expected move. My ratings dropped by one star when unloading at my new address where I found some significant damage due to a loose Citronella oil bottle that jammed into a space and subsequently split and spilled over two dressers. Some other minor damage and scratched furniture due to lack of care when loading for a long drive. I would this company again if they guaranteed an experienced team of helpers.

Cannot recommend We Movin enough. Florida was kind and helpful while setting up times for the mover to arrive; and the movers themselves were beyond excellent. Eddie, Derek, and Anthony are hard-working, personable, kind, and efficient. It is still incredible to me that they could fit our 1200ft home into a 15’ U-Haul - though we probably could have done with a 17’. But despite that, they made it work and were true professionals that were able to have a good time while doing what they do. The whole process was very smooth and took so much weight off my shoulders - which as anyone moving knows is a LOT! Thank you, We Movin!

I experienced one of the worst day of my life after I reserved this service through Uhaul. They LIED many times! They were supposed to show up at 4pm on 08/31/19 but they said they will definitely be there by 6p,. They again said they would be there by 8pm and their people are on the way to my house. Then they text me that they mistakenly sent the text to me and they could not come to get the job done. imagine, I had to give the key to the new people next morning and my wife and I had to do all the moving by 5am.

I informed the manager that I would be at my new residence ready to unload by 2:15. They said help would arrive by 2:30. No one arrived. They said they were waiting for me to call them when I arrived, but I never said that. The assigned movers called at 3:45 to say they would probably be there by 4. I had told the manager I needed to be finished by 5 as I had an engagement in the evening, so we had already unpacked most of the truck by then. So we decided to cancel.

Two moving helpers came and don't know how to move. Waited half an hour for their boss to come. Then asked 3 helpers to work for us and have to pay $20 extra per hour. Very poor moving skill.
