• Ist item moved was damaged because they did not cover the couch. It got scratched and one mover cut himself. They used the cover from that point on. In the end it was done as we requested.

• Worst moving help ever, came 4 hrs late, very slow, took 3 hrs to load stuff from 1 BR apartment. One of the guys could not even lift sofa bed and we ended up having to do it.

  Unfortunately we were late (1 HOUR 19 MINUTES) because of Chicago traffic. I apologized and left my son sporting event to conduct the move. The customer insisted on moving the sofa himself.
