The fellows were really hardworkers, but they didn't do the greatest job packing the front of the moving truck as high as possible which caused issues getting everything on.

Only problem we found was when they unloaded our reclining sofa they caused a small tear in the fabric. Other than that everything else went okay.

Although the helpers were very polite and respectful, I felt that their time management skills was very much lacking. A job that should have been 3 hours took over 6 hrs and $90 more to get completed

Our time management skills was not the issue all of your boxes in the storage unit were too heavy for the box therefore and all of your belongings had to be repacked in order to load we do a great job

Do not use this company. I paid for 4 hrs and they completed in 3. I contacted the company to find out how to get the refund for the 1 hr. I was told I booked 4 I pay for 4. They stole $40 from me.

I received an email 15 minutes after the mover was scheduled, indicating the the mover had overslept and would not be coming. I was told to cancel the order. No offer for him to come late or for another mover to be made available. Terrible experience and I would never use this company again.

The job was done in a timely manner. I was unable to view all of their loading techniques during the job. When unloading the truck upon my arrival at my destination I discovered a couple broken items.

I understand we arrived after 5pm but I did not expect them to reschedule me for the following day costing me more $$ for hotel. Help took several breaks (more time/more $) and 1 had an ankle monitor

The first thing I was told was that the job would take longer than 2 hours and to make sure I would bring cash to pay for additional time. Very rude lady, Danielle, would not let me talk and said that a 10' truck was not going to be big enough for a 1 bedroom move. Not a 1 bedroom apartment but just one bedroom. I did this move 2 months ago and had no problems. She told me to find someone else and hung up the phone at me. I tried calling back and she denied the call.

The items that got broken was due to you not packing the boxes correctly you should have had the breakable items packed in packing paper. We sure don't ever aim to damage anything

All boxes were handled the same whether they said fragile or not. Some items were broken (furniture and personal items). They moved very quickly and worked hard but majority furniture was dinged up.

We sure don't like anything to get damaged however your father choose to move items on a flat bed trailer that is not a proper way to move furniture

Paid for 2 men/2 hrs + 2 men/2 hrs unload. Got 1 men, the owner (Danielle-lady) 18+ kid. Asked to moved plants, couldn't do it, they were heavy. Stayed less 3hrs-because sent 3 men, Had more boxes mov

Were not gentle with our furniture. Took the furniture pads off the furniture before moving them in and dented our dresser. 1 and a half hours late. We unloaded at least half of our truck ourselves.

When you move your belongings you need to purchase furniture pads in order for the items not to get damaged which we had discussed. Things can get damaged in transit if there are no pads.

Customer came from a large town house into a very small home. There were to many boxes for the new house. The rooms filled quickly no room for anything else. Did not want to pay additional time.

Three hours late due to morning job not having large enough vehicle. Had to load truck myself. They did unload. Think half refund is very appropriate.

Danielle is kind & quick to respond & brought an extra man to make move very efficient. 4.5 on service due to slightly damaging one piece, which I warned was VERY heavy & needed more than a dolly.

2 Good guys, 1 got sick but still tried may have been better if he did not work at all or got a replacement. At the end of all of it the task was completed.

Yes one of my guys was very sick with the flu that day. Glad my other man and yourself got the job completed.

They seemed very eager to leave and the boys were not very excited to be there. I was not happy with the smoking either.

The customer was not up front with us we completed his move. At that point he decided that we should assist his mother in law with her move which we did. Smoking was done outside.

I did not like that I overheard one of the movers on numerous occasions calling my stuff "junk" and "crap". Other than that they worked quickly.

The reference to junk and crap was due to the dirty laundry that was being loaded. It smelled horrible. We do work quickly and efficiently. Good Luck in your new home

These movers were the best!!! Out of a 4 bedroom house up to a 3rd floor apartment all while handling all the kids in the neighborhood wanting to help. They took care of my sons crib and were fabulous

Unfortunately this piece would not fit into her apartment we had no problem getting it up the stairs it would not fit into her doorway. We certainly tried everything in our power to get the task done

They were 45 minutes late to start the move. I was not called until "after" the original start time. 2 gentlemen who arrived to do the moving work did not seem very experienced. They were polite.

The forman was drunk, violent, cursing non-stop. She broke my entertainment center, and damaged my couch. She faught one of her workers right there in front of me. I should've called the cops

This forman was fired due to this incident. The situation with the entertainment center it was 500lbs and no four wheel dollie customer did not have a big enough storage unit to put the items.

They worked well in a timely manner & speed. Our only concern for for a very expensive bedroom suit was not properly wrapped (wooden) or the way it was packed to keep it from moving or scratching.

Unfortunately, this customer ran out of pads and we had to use towels on top of the furniture. We ensure that all furniture is secure and balanced before leaving the job.

Considering the amount of load we had and moving it to the 3rd floor, having a lady as one of the 2 crews didnt really give us the best service.We, esp my husband did over half of the heavy job.

Contracting through u haul is called moving helper, we are there to assist you with your move. We do not ask customers to assists us unless that is something that will help the moving process.

They were over 2 hrs late. When we said that wasn't going to work, they hung up & ignored call backs. Sat their sweaty selves on my furniture, poor handling, items scratched, smoked over items.
