• Showed up a little late, but communicated. Made judgement errors when moving bigger items, causing double work and more time. Took frequent breaks and wanted to count that towards moving hours purchased. Second location 8 minutes down the road, took 25 minutes to show up and calculated that into overall time. Time with moving and appropriate driving time was 3hours. Total time with breaks, (child with them), smokes, calls, resting, driving was 4.5 hours. Very friendly.

  Came to the job site house was absolutely inundated with thick dog hair, impossible to breathe made working on the first and second floors inside the house next to impossible it was a major health issue!!! I have dog hair over my moving blankets and all over my raw shrink wrap still because it was such a major health issue with dog hair everywhere and every piece of furniture. Customers told to get at least 18 moving blankets he only had three was not prepared so we can do the job and wrap things safely, had two small of a truck we're barely able to fit everything in a 15 ft but we exceeded expectations and got everything in! Had to move items in the upstairs down a very tight revolving set of stairs that were very tight but got it done as well! Everything had to go up another set of super tight stairs outside, in very hot humid weather, and we exceeded expectations even with an 8 to 9 ft couch. Got it in. It's Florida in the summer, of course we had to take breaks to hydrate!!
