The moving crew showed up late, and at the wrong location (West Kelowna instead of Enterprise Way.) By the time they would have reached the correct location we would have been finished loading the truck. This resulted in us being late for our Ferry, so we incurred extra costs. Crew was great loading out of storage into the uHaul. There were good moving items to the house, for the most part. They had had difficulty with getting a box spring up the stairs, and rather than speak to me they forced it, damaging the roof of the house and the box spring.

After multiple calls and messages the moving helper never even returned the calls from myself or my son. Wasted much of our time and cost my son who is strapped financially as it is an extra 2 days if truck rental. This service is useless when you have moving helpers like K-Town Helpers that can’t be relied upon. I would recommend that you find an alternate moving helper in Penticton. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to help future customers avoid experiencing the same disappointment. Your service concept seems great, you just need better strategic partners.
