• I am not sure how to put into words how amazing Troy and his son are!! They showed up when they said they would, were very friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! They unloaded our 26 ft uhaul into a 10x20 storage unit and worked fast and efficiently. Usually I have to direct and tell people how to pack thing to get the most out of the space but this was Troy’s specialty. I was able to sit back while they took care of EVERYTHING. They took exceptional care of my belongings and I still had a good 6 feet left in my storage unit when they were done. If I ever need anything else done I will hire them for sure and you should too!!!

• We used their services to load our truck. When we unloaded all of our household goods at our destination so many pieces of furniture, appliances, equipment was either damaged or destroyed. Out of 8 moves in the past 10 years I’ve never even had a glass broken and to have this happen to us was heartbreaking. Brand new treadmill I watched get loaded last and a heavy storage tote fell on the screen, they looked at it and then locked the truck. I assumed that the screen was unharmed because nothing was mentioned to me. At unload the screen was completely shattered and a huge chunk missing where I assume the tote hit. They did stay an extra hour over to help load and it was pouring rain the whole time but the amount of damage to our stuff and the financial hit our family is going to take to repair and replace our belongings hurts. We should’ve ended at the hired time and found help elsewhere. I would not recommend them to load your truck.

  This is a very sad conclusion to perfectly packed, though challenging load. ABF Upack reviews on Trustpilot and Consumer Affairs have between 46 and 81 percent 1 star reviews. If you take a few minutes and search, you will find out the true cause of your misfortune. I am sorry, but there is no way we are the cause of the massive damages incurred on your move. ABF is a freight company. They treat all there trailers, whether tires or tiaras, the same. They trucks do not have suspensions designed for Household Goods. I know this, so when we load them, we do it very meticulously. We have loaded many. As far as the treadmill, I moved a tote down of the row previously because I didn't want it to shift. It was cradled purposely between the arms and screen in an attempt to prevent damage. Had you asked, I would have gladly explained. I imagine you trailer suffered a near catastrophic accident. My heart hurts to hear this. My son and will glady side with you on a claim against ABF.

• I had the Art of Moving load a 26ft trailer. Troy and Adam were fantastic. They showed up on time and clearly had a lot of experience in loading trucks. They cubed out our trailer properly and tied down the back of the truck. None of my belongings were damaged or even had a scratch on them. I've moved a lot over the years, mainly using the big moving companies and I've always had something get damaged. Troy and Adam were better at loading than anybody else I've worked with. They were also very friendly, Troy even backed my truck into a tight spot to make the loading easier and moved it back out for me when the job was complete. I'd absolutely use Troy and Adam for a future move.
