I confirmed with the movers the day before and they confirmed they would be there. They did not arrive at time agreed upon. I texted them 30 minutes after the were suppossed to arrive and they did not respond. My husband and I started loading the truck hoping they would arrive. I waited another 30 minutes or so and called the number and got now answer. I left a message. About an hour or so later, they called me back - apologized that they were not there, and said they could get someone there but it would be at least two hours before they arrived. At this point, we were close to being done so I told him that and we agreed to cancel the job since we had almost completed it ourselves. I need a refund ASAP since we had to do the work ourselves. Extremely disappointed customers.

The men came a long way and were delayed by traffic which they couldn't control. They got to the chore immediately and were finished in under an hour. They even helped put linens on the bed. Very good

There are times when unforseen problems due arise. Unfortunaltly we had mechanical problems with our vehicle. We did however stay in contact with our client keeping them informed of our progress.

3 men showed but after one hour 1 guy did leave due to wife went into labor but on the other hand the other two guys stayed for 1 extra hour at no charge to satisfy customers

The guys they sent out were very nice and hard working, but lacked experience. They didn't cover things completely with blankets. I received several scratches and gouges. I would still use them again.

they wanted to charge us an extra 2 hours. We were not told this up front and when I talked to e-move they said that we did not have to pay the extra. I will never use them again!!

An hour late.Moved slowly.Complained constantly. Didn't know how to move heavy furniture upstairs.No equipment. On time b/c we stayed on them. To her credit owner offered compensation.

Loaders worked hard and did a good job. Owner was scattered and left us with a trailer that was not wired to the truck. our move was delayed a day. She was 5 hours late.

When you are charged by the hour expediency should be policy. They had multiple issues with not only equipment, personnel and personal issues but then charged for two extra hours.
