After a horrible move experience the previous day by another company, this company eased my mind. Not only did the owner confirm the order and the plans, but also they made accommodations for the next day (as I was on a time crunch). There was ease when they arrived, they helped me out more than enough and exceeded my expectation. Communication is superb and they will get the job done by any means.

The owner was a very nice individual who spoke to me with respect and he did what he could do to help me out after normal hours. The two individuals that came and helped me unload the uhaul were very nice, respectful, and worked in a timely manner. They took 4 hours to load a 20 foot truck with everything prepacked with us helping bring small items to the truck. For reference it took a much better moving company one hour to unload it with one less worker with us hardly helping. They took constant breaks and I had to add an extra 2 hours onto it to get it loaded. I would say maybe half of their time was spent resting. At one point I went up stairs to find them sitting in my computer chair goofing off. The owner had two completely inexperienced young guys working for him that did not even know how to pull the ramp down off the U-Haul or work a ratchet strap. The owner stood in the truck on his cell phone most of the time and even was watching videos on his phone. One of the workers asked my girlfriend if he could have her jacket out of the blue which was very inappropriate. Our bookcase and several pieces of furniture were scratched up to poor loading. If you care about your stuff go with someone else.

I actually had to wait a few days before even responding to this review. I'll surmise by simply saying, NOTHING of what you have written is true. My reviews MORE than validate my team's performances...ALL the time. What a shameful way to respond to hard work, in sweltering heat. I'll leave it there. Shameful.

If it wasn’t for Scott this move would not have happened. The U-Haul system dropped our U-Boxes and only kept the moving assistance. Scott was able to get the boxes re-reserved and brought them to us as scheduled. Can’t say enough on how pleased we are with Scott and his team.

Great job fast unloading. They also did our load job, and we had no breakages in a truck full of boxes and furniture! Finished in less than 2 hours and were willing to help put furniture together.

We only paid for a 2 man crew, but Steve brought 3 and didn't charge us extra. They worked very quickly and were even willing to help us empty out our attic. They even arrived early to the job.

It was so nice to not have to drive the truck. I didn't have to drive at all. He came with me to pick up the truck and then returned in after the move for me. This was very professional and helpful.
