• Scratched front of my washer and scrapped the wall with the washer. Have to paint the wall at the old place. When putting the front door back on it fell on to the wall leaving indentations.

• Disastered. Taken forver during loading/unload. Loading: one of my bed pole were broken and forgot one luggage. Unloading: unable to carry my sofar bed to second floor. One man was having back pain.

  Fragile items (ceramic bed posts) should be boxed and padded for shipping. We can't promise safe transit if they are not. Secondly, communication is crucial. We were told NOT to take the sofa upstairs

  Moving takes as long as it takes. Priority #1 is the safety of your stuff and of everyone involved. By my standards we did an excellent job, and I stand by our work. I like you guys. Enjoy San Diego.

• Very attentive to details, but these were the slowest movers ever. Not efficient at all. It took them 6.5 hours to load a completely packed and ready 600 sq ft condo into a 17 foot truck.

  The trailer park was a muddy mess; we couldn't use dollies on the load end. We did use them on the unload. By then you'd had a seizure and your kids were directing us. I doubt you recall. Feel better.

• Moving helpers were very satisfactory with the exception in the area of experience in placing items in truck; they were very careful but had to keep loading and unloading. took extra hour and half.

  Thanks for the constructive criticism. It's true we're very careful. Our reasoning is that it's more expensive to replace damaged items than to pay for an extra hour of work. Most clients agree.
