This is the second time we have utilized Mighty Movers, and they have been exceptional both times. My son and his roommate moved from one building to another building in the same apartment complex. We hired Mighty Movers to help with the original move and because of the exceptional service the first time, we hired them again. This has been the worst of movers, that I have ever used!!! There is an Open Case for this review. They even mentioned to me, they have not loaded a truck this big. I had to ask them, it they were not going to use the upper Mother attic for boxes, and totes, for they had already placed mattresses in front of it. Very unexperienced, for loading for long trips. I had to tell them to use blankets and wrap the hutches. In fact, I was the one that started doing the wrapping. They were going to just place them on the truck, without doing anything. They ended up placing one of the hutches on the truck, without wrapping at all! I did not notice it, until I had movers unload the truck for me. I have pictures to prove it. There was a large mirror taped inside a card board box, that should have been wrapped. It ended up, slipping out and breaking, when he was carrying it onto the truck, with one hand. A leg, from the large table, got broken. Should have been turned over onto blankets.

Mighty Movers called just as I was pulling into my destination at U-Haul storage in Clarkston, WA on 04/08 at 2:15 p.m., 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of 2:30. They told me they could not fulfill the request as their current job was running overtime. When asked, they said they could not come later in the afternoon or evening and that the earliest time they could arrive to provide service was 1:00 p.m. the following day, I explained that this would cost me a night's stay at a motel and another day's U-Haul truck rental. I initially accepted the change to 1:00 as a back-up in case some other remedy was not available. My wife and I took care of the unloading and I called Mighty Movers and cancelled with Diana, who referred me to contact this service. Additionally, I had contacted Sean at Mighty movers on 04/04 and Diane on 04/07 and they both confirmed they would be there at 2:30 on 04/08 as scheduled. One hour to move time on Sunday 08/23/2015, Mighty Movers called and said that they were unable to provide the service. One person was arrested and one disappeared. They would not be able to fulfill the contract now or ever. This left me in a very difficult situation with no other movers available and the UHaul truck due to be returned the next day. This was extremely bad service and did not look good on Moving Help either. I tried calling the help number but the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and said, i just needed to cancel.

Our movers were amazing. They were fast and efficient for us being their last job of the day. They also didn't lose their spirit after handling our big monster couch. Would recommend for tight spaces.

My only suggestion would be that the workers bring gloves with them. I loaned them some which I luckily had extras.

They were very fast, but did a very poor job of loading our belongings--we had a lot of damage in the move. Hire for unloading maybe, but definitely not for loading and not for long distance moves!

Hired 2 workers for 4 hrs to unload a 26 ft truck. Our job was their 3rd of the day and yet they were fast, efficient, and conscientious with our belongings. Definitely recommend this company.

I was a bit frustrated in that I reserved 3 guys for 2 hours and only got 2 for 3 hours. Still, they packed the truck like I wanted worked hard. They used my white chair as a stepladder, though. : (

They dropped my dryer. Haven't had a chance to see if it still works yet. They took several smoke breaks with little communication about when they were going to take one.

I allowed my partner two 5 minute breaks as always. Kids running around unsupervised, caused distractions. dryer slipped due to wet surface just a couple inches from the ground no damage, my mistake.

Totally worth the money to get things out of a 3rd floor apt! Very careful with all items and packed the truck so everything fit just right. Definitely would use this service for any other moving.

Our movers were half an hour late getting to the job, didn't notify us of the delay, and very slow loading the truck. We had movers waiting on the other end, so this caused a big problem for us.

I was absolutely shocked when I read this review. We were 15 minutes late, but we did call to notify her. The job was finished at 10:30 exactly 2 hrs and on time. The truck was loaded to perfection.
