Worst moving experience I've had. So many things are scratched and damaged. My 2 mattress are completely dirty from the way they handled them. Unreal, I see why they are one of the cheapest on here. Loaded from storage. At new house the unload was a disaster. They damaged many pieces of furniture and just took stuff in the house n left it wherever. No arranging the bedrms or anything. Never again

Came ready to work. Communication prior to move was good. Items were roughly handled. Had to be told multiple times about items to pack. Packing was poorlying done and space use was inefficient

Lead guy and helper showed up & did a good enough job. However, his helper LOST screws that went to my bed set and then got defensive when I was trying to find out where they were. Never found them.

There were minor problems like one small table got broken and two other tables got scratched. But the guys arrived on time and worked hard. Very courteous and tried to accomodate our needs.

They were on time and moved my furniture efficiently. However, I had several pieces of furniture damaged because they did not pack the truck effectively. No return response on this issue either.

no damage to any furniture occured on the day we moved you if there was you would have mentioned it on that day and not 3 weeks later we moved you on Nov 28th and this is the first I'm hearing this
