• The professionalism that Brittany and the movers exhibited was 5star. They accommodated me better than anyone ever has in my 33years of life. I had a lot of schedule changes and push backs from my new apartment managers but they supported me at every turn and even motivated and reassured me which was above and beyond their job description. I will recommend this company to EVERYONE and if you are considering moving don't think twice book this company!!!! They have a forever customer in me!!! Again best movers, best customer service from start to finish, worth every penny and more!!!

• Paul and John showed up on time and were efficient. They finished the job in the allocated time. We had some seriously heavy furniture and they had to carry it down then up two flights of winding stairs but never complained, even making light of it. Couldn't have done it without them.

• The team was very nice, but they badly damaged a $4000 couch that was less than 2 months old during the move. They were provided with ample furniture pads to completely wrap the couch, some of which did not even get opened during the move. That the couch was new and valuable was also communicated to them multiple times during the move. The company has also not returned my call to get them to account for this. With the condition my furniture arrived in, I will not use them again. Walls were also damaged in the move.

  Well, it sounds like you are frustrated that the guys finished earlier than anticipated. Originally, you booked for two hours, but changed the new reservation to two hours. Unfortunately, billing is a Uhaul concern, though, and it is kind of unfair that we got a less than perfect review based on something that we have no control over. I am glad the guys did a great job, were on time, and make sure your belongings made it out of state in one piece.

• Brittany was great over the phone. Helped me select the proper truck size based on the amount of furniture I had and made great suggestions. Stephen and James arrived on time, and were beyond efficient! Wrapped my fragile items so well, and I was so impressed with how well they packed the truck. • Honestly, setting up an account on Uhaul.com to review these guys was harder than they made my move today! Stephen and Jeremiah were awesome- they wouldn’t let me lift a finger, finished an hour early, and were sweet, friendly and professional the whole time. If I knew how easy they would make it, I wouldn’t have spent so much time stressing about my move. Definitely hire them!

• They communicated with me promptly about running behind and arrived with a dolly which I appreciated even though I had carts available. They were quick, did their best to ensure my items were packed securely and had me ready for the road within the time I expected. Tip - Kimani stages and Jay packs. Kimani is quick and efficient and Jay has great spatial awareness.

• I offered blankets multiple times and they refused, now my dresser is scratched. They left after 1.5 hours, saying they were done, but they packed the truck haphazardly and left lots of empty space that was blocked. I could have used to pack more of my small boxes after they left if they had packed more conscientiously. Now I have to rent another van to move the rest of my things.

• Smooth Moves contacted me twice prior to the move date. Once to schedule a time and ask about what was being moved and a 2nd time to just confirm they were coming. The move took longer then expected and Smooth Moves was able to work with me and do an extra overtime hour and payment was simple.

• They were a breath of fresh air. They came fully prepared with their own equipment. Funny enough, they came early which I have never seen happen with movers. They were so quick and understanding because the apartment actually gave me the wrong unit. They waited patiently for the issue to get resolved which was like 30-45 minutes. They still moved everything into the apartment with no problem. This company is great. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.

• The two men were very quick and efficient. Only complaint is I had scheduled for 2 hours. They were done after about an hour and 5 minutes. I did still have stuff needing to be moved to a dumpster so asked if that was something they could help with and was advised they had another job scheduled so could not stay longer. I was concerned as I was going to be charged for two hours. I was told they would log the time they were there and I would get a partial refund. I gave them the payment code at approximately 215 (scheduled for 1-3). Paid for the full 2 hours and not seen any return. A cash tip was given as well

• Everyone was very professional and moved my contents as if it were their own. We needed moving services on a short notice, and they were very understanding and accommodating. Smooth Moves reached out to confirm time and location shortly after I booked the services online. They had another job booked for the same day, and there were severe weather alerts throughout the day. That didn't stop the Smooth Moves crew, since they were very flexible with scheduling around staff availability and breaking up the job to avoid thunderstorms. Overall, it was a very positive experience where I would book Smooth Moves for future needs and highly recommend them to anyone else.

• I would 100 percent recommend this company with very high ratings. They were very professional from scheduling until the end of the move. The two young men were great, as was Brittany with whom I coordinated beforehand. The movers were punctual, friendly, and very fast; in fact, it took an hour less than expected. It was raining and there was a wide, deep puddle in the street right at the bottom of the unloading area of the moving truck and even so they were fast and said it was no problem. They were also very careful with everything and handled everything with care. Finally, from other moving experiences, I believe that this is an excellent price for this service.

• The lady called me less than 2 hours before the scheduled time today and said that she could not get a hold of the movers she has been using for months and apologized for not able to show up for the job. I offered to reschedule it to a later time but she said she just don't have movers anymore and also said she would cancel the account with your company. • Mr. Moving Help My "moving helper" told me that they would be here after their first appointment this morning. They said we would be 2nd on the list. It is now 3pm and we haven't heard from our "helper". We've called this "helper" 10x today and left messages and have not received an answer or a call-back. This "helper" Smooth Movers is a joke. This is my first and last time using "Moving Help" and I would appreciate if my money was refunded. I hope you guys can handle this because if not I will put effort into making sure no one else uses "moving help". • My son's movers were delayed about an hour due to traffic and GPS problems. We were able to give directions on the phone. Once started, the two movers worked hard and did a great job. Good people.

• The truck was not stacked well to ride solidly. We had to rent another trailer to pull to complete loading for ourselves the next day. Crew did not seem experienced enough to serve us well.

  Sir, I am really sorry, but when you moved in you used the 17 foot truck, but you stated that your wife bought a lot more things. So, moving out, you would have needed at least a 20 foot truck.
