• So grateful for the service I received! After a previous bad experience with a different moving company, I was anxious for movers coming, but from start to finish, they were fantastic. Scott and his helper were fast, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Unlike my previous experience, they were entirely respectful and didn't make me feel uneasy at all. • Our loaders were great! They confirmed the load ahead of time and let us know their ETA on the day of and arrived on time. They were very friendly. We had a two address delivery and they helped pack everything in the right order. They were very careful with everything and fit everything in the truck securely. They were very quick, loading a 2 room apt worth if furniture and boxes in less than 2 hours. We would definitely recommend and use their services again.

• If I could give Steve a 6 I would! After 18 moves over 30 years they were by far the best! On time, fast, very efficient and patient with me moving things all around!! They even followed us to our daughters house to off a fridge! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This will probably be our last move but I will definitely recommend them to any who need movers! Thanks guys!!

• These guys were AWESOME. Couldn’t have asked for two nicer guys. Fast, careful, considerate, patient with my lack of organization and friendly and personable on top of all that. They were more careful with my stuff me! They packed the truck beautifully, taking into consideration the distance we’re traveling and making sure everything was secure and balanced for the load. • Steve’s communication and professionalism was amazing! He made sure to confirm our move and worked with us to extend time when we needed it. The movers were very friendly, not quite experienced so there was some damage to doors and walls, but they were efficient and courteous! Recommend getting insurance just in case. Would still recommend them for sure!

  Did not know we had a commercial sized treadmill that needed disassembly. They should not have tried to make it fit. Please send pictures of damage and I will have someone come by to touch it up. God bless

• The movers came and did not perform the job. They not only did not help, but they actually slowed down the process and made everything more difficult. One of the movers spent a half hour using the bathroom, and one mover spent his time hitting on my 22 year old daughter the whole time. Then they went over in time, and bullied/pressured/forced me to pay them 120 dollars in cash. I did not even ask them to help unload at the other location due to there horrible service. I have not released the payment code, and they are now harassing me at all hours of the day and night.

• When scheduling the original move, the U-Haul truck could not be rented in the city where I currently live. As a result, the list of movers were from another area and my helpers could not make the long drive. I spoke with the foreman over the phone, he apologized for the inconvenience and I understand completely. The moving help would have to drive an hour and a half each way to complete a two-hour move......3 hours of travel for 2 hours of work. In the future, the U-Haul site should me more clear when asking where the moving help will be needed, that should avoid any confusion. I will still use movinghelp.com, the site seems to be a good resource to get in touch with moving help. Thanks

  Very very unfair. We have had 5 star surveys on all jobs for years. We only unloaded the tractor and trailer. Boxes fell before our arrival. loaders broke China not us. Unfair !

• OK for low budget movers. Didn't read loading info on boxes - too rough with fragile things. Mover had young son "help" towards end, kid dropped a box broke a plate. Get what you pay for-got job done.

  Customer packed oil lamp full of fluid and did not think to mention it. Leaked. Sorry the plate was broken.We will try harder.They saved $2000 on the move and honestly expected a 5 star review.
