• I had the worst experience with these guys last night 12-12-2023. I had a XBOX from Dallas which supposed to be delivered on 12-13-2023 and they reached out they could help deliver on 12-12 which initially scheduled by UHAUL and pushed back to 12-13. I was excited because already been exhausted with moving situations. The lock to the UBOX was missing ( my fault ) but it was locked and had insurance from Dallas by my girlfriend while I was also on FaceTime. I told these moving help guys Integrity that I couldn’t find the keys to unlock the UBOX once they arrive my location but unfortunately I shouldn’t have done that. They already cut the UBOX open before getting to my address and almost all my items are gone!!!! Bad reputation for your business!!! I see why you guys was soooo in a hurry to leave and do the job at nights!!! DONOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! I’ve reported these situations as-well!! RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

• Purchased a two hour block of time for a friend's move. (See above) She informed me that they showed up on time, unloaded the uhaul for around half an hour, asked her for a paycode (which she provided not understanding that she was 'completing' the job) and left . They did not show up at the second location to finish the job. The movers had written instructions and were verbally apprised of the expectations. I am initiating a refund request for $150.00. • They did a good job and were on time. I paid for 2 movers for 5 hrs but 4 guys showed and moved for 3 1/2 hours. I guess that balanced out ok. They did not move my outside furniture like I asked.
