Master Movers was great. On time, good pricing, great communication. Brian contacted me before the move for time and directions and the day of move to confirmed appointment. They arrived, on time and went right to work. I had some heavy stuff to move like 2 rolling tool chests (full of tools), a V-8 engine, transmission, PA system, drum set, tires, rims and a bunch of other garage things, also some fragile dishes. Their loading was superb. They fit everything from a 6' X20' storage unit into a 20' U-Haul truck with plenty of room to spare. We had a minimum 2hr booking for two helpers and it took them little over an hour. We were ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. Definitely recommend them and use again. I wish I could have used them to unload as well, but the unpacking was 300 miles away.

They very rudely, aggressively, and abruptly quit in the middle of the move. They claimed that we had rented too small of a truck to do the move (of two pieces of furniture). They refused to problem-solve. Once they stormed off, we easily got the furniture to fit by sliding it two more inches. Then we hired a different mover to meet us at our house and help us to carry the furniture inside. We were shocked at the rudeness and lack of professionalism of your movers.

Only 1 of the 3 seemed to be tracking. They wore clothes that exposed their backends & stretchmarked stomachs. They broke a wagon from the apt building moved to & made 1 trip for every 3 of my sons
