• The 2 gentlemen who helped me move were very courteous and hard working. I thought I was getting professional movers, but really the company provides people doing this as their 2nd job. This led to me needing to be more involved than I had planned. While there are some dings in my walls and a few things got dirty, everything got moved, and nothing got broken, so I consider that a success.

• Moving crew did not show up at the scheduled and agreed to time. After the crew did not show up, I contacted owner (Mel) who said he thought the crew would have already been there and that they should have already been done with their first job. which was not previously told to me. The first job was taking longer than expected. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and had to return the truck and did not have all day to wait for the crew arrive. Instead, I unloaded the truck myself and notified the owner, Mel, that I no longer needed his crew. Mel advised me by text to contact you for a full refund. Please credit my credit card for a full refund.

• 2 guys took 5 hours with my help to move a 1 bdrm apt, I only had ~20 bxs + furniture. 1 guy said if he didn't like me he would walk off. Cost me an extra 120 to get them to finish. Aweful experience.
