• The guys were fantastic during our move. Constant communication about their eta & throughout the loading and unloading process. We had them move our heaviest furniture and appliances; they took steps to prevent damage to both our things and our homes.

• We were charged 155.95 on our credit card July 17 for moving help which didn't show up. The reservation, job #JB-e938e17e, was for Sunday July 21. (afternoon). • They showed up more than eight hours after they were scheduled to arrive. Every few hours the boss would say I’ll be there soon and then never come. I had to take an entire half day off of work to wait.

  After wasting three hrs of my time and moving the job from Sunday to Monday bc of " uhaul" mistake. Sending my guys to Oxford, a two hr job round trip and you not answering or texting. Glad we could get your job taking care of.

• In fairness, it was a big job, but the guys got there half hr late and worked slowly the first 2.5 hours. Packed well, exct stack dishwshr on top of glass stove. Last 1.5 hrs good work. Not finished.
