I provided you with better service than you paid for. You prepaid for only two hours but it took three hours to load the two uboxes. You cheated me out of one hour of my work. I used two dozen blankets to safely wrap your belongings to pack them in the 7 feet tall uboxes. I placed the heavy boxes at the bottom and fragile things on top to prevent them from being crushed. I tightly packed the uboxes to prevent the load shifting while being moved. The move would have went faster if you were fully packed and ready when I arrived and for you to have labeled which things were fragile rather than my having to ask you for each box whether if it is breakable.
