Dan's was fantastic! They showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early). They did a walk through so they knew what they would have to be moved. They were careful with all of my posessions. They were prepared with packing equipment (shrink wrap and tape for the uhaul blankets. They wrapped my furniture to protect it in the truck. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and all around terrific! If you have a move I would HIGHLY recommend hiring these guys. Not just fantastic for the price, fantastic for any price!

In light of the customers’ request for special care, I agreed and offered to drive the tv personally to the destination. I voiced my concern about putting it on the truck. The truck didn’t have blankets and the tv was not boxed up. I also suggested 4 other viable options to ensure safe travel for the tv. The customers’ insisted the tv go on the truck and his wishes and instructions were followed exactly.

One of the movers was great, but the other seemed like he wasn't quite fit enough for the job. If we hadn't helped, we wouldn't have been done it time, and my friend did as much or more heavy lifting.

U hired us for 3 hours + we did in 2 hrs 20 min. I was grateful for your friend(s) that freely offered to pitch in. The move involved 4 different stops/locations. No way 2 people could do in 3 hours

THERE WERE QUITE A FEW ITEMS DAMAGED DURING THE MOVE. THEY DID GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE EXTRA HOURS IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE MOVE, BUT MY FURNITURE IS STILL DAMAGED. MOVERS WERE JUST OK;NOT TOO HAPPY:(

Hi Lenore: You only booked us for 2 hours, but we stayed for the duration, which was not a two hour job. We talked and agreed on compensation for the damaged items. The 3 hour truck rental cost time.

They loaded and moved half my things. I had to get my daughter from school to help unload truck, they broke a dresser mirror(they did fix) and put a hole in the wall. I had to move the rest in my van

Hi Renee, We moved 90%+ of your belongings. You brought your daughter home because you had a 6 six hour move and only had the $$ for a 4 hour move. The extra hour came out of my pocket. Your welcome.

Good - backing up & packing truck Bad - 30 minutes late; Unscheduled lunch break between start & stop - left me waiting. Worse: Estimated 3 hrs; took 6 hours! ($50/hr over 2 hrs = $200 extra).

Kylin, The initial estimate was from you and was unrealistic. Also, if you do the math you'll find that $50 x 2 = $100 not $200. You neglected to mention I took off 1 hour for our 30 minute lunch.
