Absolutely awful!! Super slow place. 3 older men that moved painfully slow. Didn’t take off their boots and tracked mud throughout my brand new home. Ruined the basement walls and carpet. Used my bathrooms multiple times and sat down on my couch with every couple boxes brought inside. Absolutely ridiculous!! Then told me I had to pay for more time because they could not u load a 26ft truck in 2 hrs. Again ridiculous!! Threw my boxes out of the truck and damaged many items in the process and tried to blame it on the movers who loaded my truck..umm I watched you throw the boxes? Also took my nice dollie and left me there old damaged one.

The two guys we got out were fantastic, extremely polite and professional, started off with introductions and asked how I wanted the move to be done. Were very polite, asked questions as needed, and were able to get a lot done in the three hours I had booked! Only sad thing is I went to get them burgers as a thank you, and I got back after the job was done and they had gone back for the night! If anyone deserves a good burger after moving for three hours, it was those guys. Would get again, and would recommend in a heart beat.

These guys came totally unprepared without any equipment. They Broke all my furniture, used my bathroom without asking, farted the entire time-stunk up the entire apartment building! Their foul language, rude remarks, complaining, blatantly lying about breaking my furniture when both I and my daughter saw them handling it improperly and destroying it, how is it that a 90 pound woman BY THEMSELVES was able to load all these bins and furniture by herself into the moving bins, yet 2 grown men can't move a single piece without destroying it. After experiencing homelessness, they made a stressful situation a thousand times worse, we now have no furniture in our house. They made a mess of my bathroom, badly scratched my bathroom floor which now Ill be the one to pay for, lost so many pieces to things and treated my belongings like dirt. They tried to peddle me their illegal cigarette selling business at the end of it. Its been two weeks, and I still feel violated, dirty, sick to my stomach.

Worst movers I've ever had, I tried to help them arranging the items in the truck but the guy told me he has more than 20 years experience moving stuff, now I am in Toronto with a couch in Winnipeg and cushions in Toronto. I had all my furniture wrapped properly and I purchased 24 protection blankets, they hardly used them and dragged my furniture inside the truck, scratched it and damaged it.

I would definitely use them again. After quickly assessing the amount of things needed to be loaded they started right away. I had a 16' PDOS container to be filled and a lot of heavy items spread on 3 levels and a garage at the back. It took 3 hours to load.

Good guys. Flexible and accommodating to a changing unload schedule. Easy to text and call with. Unfortunately they didn’t bring a lot of equipment to help unload and move boxes/furniture into townhouse. Improved dollies and/or furniture equipment would have helped significantly.

A drunken guy named randall wolfe tole me on the phone they could not come, because of some dog (?). It's very hard to hear him, because he seemed just waked up from a binge. And I asked: "can you say it again". He said,"do you understand English?". Guy is so rude and unprofessional. The two movers came unprepared with limited equipment. Used offensive language. Were slow to work. Were not careful with my belongings. Poor professional behavior. I would not recommend their service

Truck was unloaded in less than two hours. We arrived early were not to bring equipment as you are to rent it with the truck, but still brought it.Not sure what you expected, but you are wrong.

They laid a mechanics tool chest on its side to load it, There will certainly be tools jammed into the sides of the draw and sliders. and everything will be a mess. the rest was fine.

He said he wont go through this, he needs $140 and there is mistake in your WEB so I don't know whats going on with your WEB but at least you should make your WEB work well or manage your employees well, not like this. I need to find another driver now, thanks for this.
