• It was nice to have an extra set of hands to pack our belongings. Overall it was a good experience and it will continue to improve. I believe one of the girls was a new employee but she’ll get better with time. Experiences will help her develop. I’d use them again and would recommend them.

  Your truck was too small, They had to do 2 trips, and your bed had 1 screw in it so they help you fix it. The driver is a 3rd guy but he just supervises. You paid for 2 workers and that's what we gave you. God bless you and your family.

• Movers complained the entire time moving. Cursed while a child was present. Damaged a wall on the stairs resulting in damaged furniture as well. And damaged a door frame on the new constructed property. My husband had to assist and move most of the things with them so they would not damage the walls

• The move was rapid and efficient. There was an import at package with a machinery worth 6000$ that had to be put flat (as noted on the box) and it was put in vertical. Also, the movers would not wear masks although we asked them many times to do so, I did have covid and it was not fun.

  The guys said you offered waters they said no and your wife said they could use the paper towels on the counter and you now say they didn't ask . The washer must have already been broke because it was carried upstairs upright. You were told the couch was too big for the opening to go upstairs but you wanted it there anyways. • Horrible - They don't know how to load a truck. They loaded the truck with a lot of empty space in the middle of the truck. Then when they realized everything wouldn't fit they tried to jam it all in at the end. They are so incompetent that many important items could get loaded onto the truck.

• I am cancelling because my moving helper continually delayed services (originally scheduled at 11, pushed to 1 the day before, and then delayed again to 3 the day of) and then at 2:45 on moving day they notified me that they were unable to provide services that day. Due to time constraints with the rental truck and having to be out of the property for carpet cleaners I had to make other arrangements for the move.

• The only issue and maybe it's just part of the business is that the movers where slow. They stated would take 3 hours, we finished in 1.5hrs with a little help from myself. Other than that great!

• The team of 3 did the job very well. Our "stuff" overflowed the 26 foot van but the movers used their pickup truck to carry the rest. We had more stuff that we had estimated.
