PITIFUL PITFUL PITIFUL. At 6:30 last night, the unload help called and said they had to cancel. I called Moving Help.com while DRIVING to get assistance. After an hour on hold, the customer service person told me to log in to my account (hard to do on the road). She then said when I got home, I could log in and cancel or change my service. I got home (of course after customer service went home) and could not log in. Why ? Because the order came from UHAUL so Moving Help did not have any account set up for me. So, unable to cancel, unable to get new help. NEVER USE MOVING HELP AGAIN. AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I MEET OR TALK TO ABOUT MY UHAUL EXPERIENCE KNOWS NOT TO USE MOVING HELP. Unless of course you want to hope for help and not get it and hope for customer service and have an hours to wait on hold just to get no help. NO THANKS MOVING HELP.

Romans Moving Company was two hours late to my job. When they arrived the owner was very aggressive and rude; he would not let me complete a sentence before he interrupted me repeatedly without regard for his unprofessionalism and his inconveniencing me. He said that he was "helping me out" by even showing up to the job. He also said that he didn't need my services so I told him that we'd complete this job with another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm sorry I were scheduled a move with them as I and my family was greatly inconvenienced by their unprofessionalism and lack of concern for the time of other people. I am not sure how he is still in business.

The 26ft truck was not packed properly. I had to drive the truck over 350 miles, this caused the truck to weave quite a bit. They also packed a van with most of the weight on one side. Broken pcs.

Am disabled & son was helping. Jesse & Jose were excellent, quick & careful with all. I recommend Romans, Jesse or Jose to anyone at anytime. I requested 4 hours and they were done in just over 3 hrs.
