Everything was loaded into the UBOX within the allotted two hours. I was surprised it was a one man team, but he not only went through the trouble of navigating the road construction on my street, but he also loaded the UBOX very carefully and thoughtfully. The only challenge was that he showed up late, but one reason was because of a previous job he was finishing, and the other reason was because U-Haul didn't have the correct UBOX ready on time.

The movers were friendly and did an excellent job of packing the truck, BUT they were 1.5 hours late. They apologized and explained that they had transportation problems....unsure if I can recommend.

They came 30 minutes late and it took them over three hours to load the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment . I had to pay for an additional 2 hours labor and a late truck fee from Uhaul. Not a fan!

Sometimes to adequately load, it may require some unexpected maneuvering especially when some items are non-stackable and we have to use our magic powers to expand the size of the truck. :-)

This mover never showed up. I had to call him multiple times to find out what time he would be there. He said that he would be there in 30 to 45 min. 2 hrs later still a no-show. DONT USE THEM!

Great job! They took care moving some antique pieces down the stairs and didn't mark up the furniture or the wall. They helped pack the items in a POD. When we unpacked, we had no breakage or damage.

I have never seen anyone pack a truck so neat and tight. Zeek and T must play a lot of Tetris on their off-time. Zeek is a master with that tape measure. Great job guys!!

Yes, I think it could have gone a little faster also. Sharing the elevator with others that were moving at the storage facility was a delay as well as the long walk to the elevator at the apartment.

Guys are terrific: knowledgable, carefull and F-A-S-T. Only advise would be watch punctuality (they were 2 hours 40 min late!!) and get yourself a good map or check the internet for directions.

We regret the frustration. After reserving with Emove please call the movers directly, Emove only sends them emails. Remember you must pick up the truck or release the truck to the movers in person.
