• The team at Professional Moving went above and beyond to unload our U-Haul after we requested them at the last minute before a snowstorm. They were extremely efficient and thorough, and after quickly completing the job they even swept out our moving truck and neatly folded our moving blankets! I would definitely hire them for future moves and am so appreciative of their work.

• What a great experience! The owner was able to schedule movers on a very short notice over an hour away after the first company no showed. He was so attentive and kind and the movers were thoughtful, efficient, and treated my belongings which such great care. They even helped me get the Uhaul ready to return. If you need assistance moving, these guys are truly the best!!

• It was a same day call out for help, moving boxes and heavy stuff from garage to basement and other rooms, then items out of the truck. Manny and Zack were communicative throughout, courteous and worked like crazy to help us out. Dante reached out multiple times to ensure our satisfaction and offered multiple avenues of additional help. Overall impression is this business truly cares about the people that they help, and those that work for them; a winning combination. Will be working with them again for additional logistical support.

• They were great from scheduling to the move in. I heard from then with 20 mins of booking and they stayed in contact with me all the way up to completion. They were even flexible with the start time and helped me out by putting together a bed frame since we had some time left after the unloaded the Uhaul. I would recommend them 10x over.

• These helpers (Ronnie & Andrew) were absolute ROCKSTARS! They loaded our entire house into the U-Haul by themselves in a little over 3 hours. We had some very heavy furniture, on top of a ton of boxes and a whole garage, and these guys made it seem effortless. They loaded that truck up with such precision and care. They were lifesavers to us. True professionals! I HIGHLY recommend them. Outstanding job guys.

• I know the name is 'professional movers' but if you ask their boss, Dante, they would agree that they are FAR from it. They somehow broke EVERY single piece of furniture that was less than a year old, were late based on their new time that was given to us, packed the truck front to back instead of side to side (probably breaking all the furniture). Dante tried to call my roommate a liar, blamed us for the broken furniture, talked to myself in an EXTREMELY rude and degrading manner and told me 'I didn't pay the price for professional movers, what did I expect?' Well again, based on the name, I was expecting professionals... Would NOT recommend. Even after trying to resolve the issues, Dante would not take responsibility for his words, actions, or employees. It is not the employees fault they didn't get the training they needed, but it would be nice to have a business run by someone who can run a business, but if you ask him that, he is also somehow not the boss or owner... Good luck!

  Professional Moving Never Moved this customer, customer booked our service same day. But we were all booked up, told customer they might need to find other movers. Customer indicated no other movers were available that day, I told the customer I know of other Movers but they do not Represent us. Customer said I just need two strong guys, Movers said once they got to the customers house, the customer was not There. Someone else was handling the move for Them, Movers also indicated Customer had No Furniture Pads to cover any items. Once everything was loaded up on the truck, The Movers followed behind the truck saying whom ever was driving was driving recklessly. Knowing that could cause Damage especially without furniture Padding, now at the unload location instead of letting movers do their job others were grabbing items off truck causing damage then blamed movers. Very unfair review

  Professional Moving

• Our two movers were excellent. They were on-time, knowledgeable, professional, and careful. They were also patient and really receptive to our requests. They worked consistently hard and at an impressive pace for a tricky move that involved a third floor apartment, and everything that came with it. The coordinator was also very helpful and professional. Without a doubt, we would use them again, and highly recommend to others.

• My stressful move started with a mover who barely did anything and caused more problems. Luckily, PMs team finished the job effortlessly. They loaded the truck, took it to storage, cleaned up 'mover x' mess and PMs handled it, 4hrs. Came back next day to finish up, loaded and unloaded in 2hrs. 6hrs 4 guys, less stress, worth it! Explanation point worth it!

• At our apartment, The guys did a great job loading our items into the truck. They worked efficiently.however, I was not at the storage unit while they were loading our items into the storage unit (my husband was there but was in his car). I came to the storage unit when they were finished and the door was already closed so we gave the payment code, paid them a nice tip and they were on their way. Then I opened the unit to take a look and was disappointed the mattress was in the front leaning against the rest of the items and I did not have access to any of the boxes because they were along the side and in back. When we have used a storage unit before the larger furniture items were in the back and the boxes were toward the front so we could access them easily . I guess it’s my fault for not being there during the unload and for not checking before they left. Like I said, they were friendly and efficient , but I was expecting it to be more organized.

• This team was great. I had in vets we trust scheduled for 9 am the day of the move, they called and canceled at 8 15 am Panic set in. I got a hold of professional movers and by 9 15 am they had 2 great guys confirmed to be there by noon and they were! This team went above and beyond. I was so thankful. Thanks again guys.

• I can't recommend them enough. When I showed up to pick up my Uhaul truck it wasn't available at the location or time that I had booked and that was listed online. Ronnie was able to reschedule to the following day and even looked up and called local truck rentals to try and find other trucks that were available. They were gracious, professional, and extremely helpful. Moving was awful but they made it so much easier.

• Arrived 3 hours after calling MovingHelp to get movers (to load) that would actually show up (to replace the ones that ghosted me). The crew got the 20' truck loaded in 2 hours, and didn't get to hear the compliments the next day from the (different) crew that unloaded the truck. 4 or 5 times the unloading crew said 'Man, this truck was really well loaded. They boxed it, and were smart about it.' Recommend.

• From the beginning communication with these guys was amazing. I had some last minute changes and even asked last minute for the guys to not only load my uhaul but drive it and unload and Dante accommodated me and went above and beyond. He says his whole staff is amazing- and based off the job Elijah and Ronnie did for us I am sure this is true. My apartment was difficult and up three flights of stairs, and these guys emptied the apartment quick and efficiently and with a smile and kindness. All my stuff arrived perfect. Not only are these guys awesome at their job they are great people too. My partner has moved across country many times and even said these were the best movers ever! Seriously thank you so much!

I understand that delays happen, but the moving company was very unprofessional communicating the delay and said we could just book different movers if we were unhappy about it. Not only was this rude, it also wasn't an option at 4pm on a Saturday when most other services were already closed or booked. I've used MovingHelp.com many times in the past few years with mostly positive experiences, but this specific provider was not only a let down, but ended up costing us extra time and money to execute the move in our given timeframe.

• on 10/7/15, Dante called me to schedule a time. I asked for 8am and he requested later. I said 9 would work (my truck was scheduled for a 7am pick up). I sent him both addresses as this was a move city-to-city (about 15 miles). At 9:15 I called him because he wasn't there. He said that they were going to leave in about an hour. I knew they were at least an hour drive to Westland. Here's a list of the excuses he told me in the couple of minutes it took for us to talk: (1) that he had confused my job with someone else's job; (2) that they had worked a job until nearly midnight Friday night; (3) that his vehicle was getting some work done. I had a driveway full of stuff and a moving truck that had to be back at 1pm. The earliest his crew could have been to my house was 11:30am. There was no way that this was going to work. UNPROFESSIONAL. I was in a real bind and will NEVER use this service again.

• The mover was an hour late and then arrived short staffed. Many of my item's where scrathed , broken, and in additon dropped. My refigerator does not work , the screws on my bed where lost.

• They were very helpful in loading the uhaul and unloading it. All of our big stuff was moved in one trip. That was a time saver. I would use a moving helper again. and tell my friends to do so too
